About Me
A dual-skilled engineer. First in industrial engineering, where I master the entire value chain, from supplier to customer. Then in software engineering, my specialization, which lets me understand and steer the information systems that keep industry running.
I lead continuous improvement and digital transformation programs: from on-the-ground diagnosis to the rollout of lasting standards, drawing on Lean Six Sigma, data, and project management.
My approach: connecting the shop floor and the data. Understanding a physical flow, measuring it, then optimizing it with the right tools: Lean, DMAIC, SAP, BI, AI, Python.

Raised the on-time delivery rate to 85%. Reduced delay causes (spare parts, repair prioritization, No Fault Found flow, machine breakdowns) and digitalized performance steering (KPIs, SAP Analytics Cloud, shop-floor displays).

Improved forecasting and replenishment, reorganized customer service and repair workshops, optimized SAP information flow (SIPOC method) and physical-flow visual management.
